I've just searching for some articles and find this interesting museum story. Well, what will you choose if there's two options between going to shopping mall and going to museum? I myself will choose shopping mall! haha..Museum is kind of boring place! but this one which located in Berlin, Germany seems quite interesting for me..Check this out~

The Pergamon Museum (German: Pergamonmuseum) in Berlin is a fantastic museum that houses three main departments: the Collection of Classical Antiquities (Antikensammlung), occupying the architectural halls and the sculpture wing, the Museum of the Ancient Near East (Vorderasiatisches Museum) and the Museum of Islamic Art (Museum für Islamische Kunst). With specialities like these, this is one of the best places in Germany to see religious art.

The star of the Classical Antiquities department is the Zeus Altar (180-160 BC), which is so large that it has a huge room all to itself. The frieze took over 20 years to reassemble from thousands of fragments uncovered in modern-day Bergama, Turkey. Steps lead from the museum floor up to the colonnade. Most fascinating is the frieze around the base, which depicts the struggle of the Olympian gods against the Titans. It is strikingly life-like, with figures that project as much as a foot from the background.

This department also contains the Market Gate of Miletus as well as sculptures from many Greek and Roman cities, including a statue of a goddess holding a pomegranate (575 BC), found in southern Attica, where it had been buried for 2,000 years. It was so well preserved that flecks of the original paint are still visible on her garments.

The Near East Museum contains one of the largest collections anywhere of antiquities from ancient Babylonia, Persia, and Assyria. Among the exhibits is the Processional Way of Babylon with the Ishtar Gate, dating from 580 BC, and the throne hall of King Nebuchadnezzar II (604 - 562 BC). Cuneiform clay tablets document a civilization that created ceramics, glass, and metal objects while Europe was still overrun with primitive tribes.

In the south wing of the museum is the Museum of Islamic Art, featuring miniatures, carpets, woodcarvings and illuminated manuscripts.

The museum provides an excellent 30-minute, English-language recorded tour, which you can pick up at the entrance.

2009年5月28日，我们27 个人坐车去泉州旅行了一天。以前我去过了几次可是也没有留给我什么回忆。我觉得泉州不如厦门好。天气很干燥！

I'm not in mood to update my blog..and oso dunno what to write..huehue..Nothing happened today , just attending a two-hours nonsense test..haha..=P After the test, Me, Hong, Vin, Melgo and Taruli had dinner at "Warung Medan" then we planned to go to TFF (read: The Food Festival) and waited for Andrew and Xiao Fen for 1 hours .. or maybe more! haha..We sat at the lake side and sang along..Then finally we saw them but we decided to hide away.."pembalasan dendam" because they were late! hahaha..

I'm very bored now..Alone in the room bcoz my roommate is staying at XiaDa this night.. Nyo..nyoo..

Watching Fast&Furious 4..Cool..Dunno what to write anymore..Bye~

I think my english is getting worse n worse..I wish i could blog in english..but..sometimes i t's hard to do it..huhu..so i prefer to blog in chinese..

Today is the first day of final exam..but i thought i didn't do well this time..hiks2..In the middle of the test, i suddenly had a stomachache! Ughhh..!
After the test, we went to Anderson Bakery and bought some breads..My eyes were stuck on a black coloured bread..

No taste! XD

Senin, 18 Mei 2009, pagi hari, terjadi hal yg sangat mengenaskan di gedung 17 lantai 3 kamar 312 (kamarku)..sekitar jam setengah delapan pagi gw n rummate gw dikejutkan oleh suara ledakan yg berasal dr dalam kmr mandi..Apa yg terjadi? kami pun tak tau..gw secara spontan mematikan skring yg terletak dekat memampai di sebelah kiri kamar mandi..(buat apa coba matikan skring?)..itu smua terjadi dibwh kesadaran..haha..gw pikir yg meledak itu pemanas air! lalu gw turun ke bwh dan melaporkan keadaan kepada ayi tercinta ged 17..ternyata yg meledak adalah saluran pipa yg terletak di kotak kamar mandiku itu..wele2..akhirnya demi mencegah air yg menyembur deras di wc ku, seredet kamar yg pipanya berhubungan di matikan airnya..Hasilnya? gw n korban2 keganasan air pipa itu ga bisa mandi n harus menunggu tukang ledeng datang memperbaikinya..
Ditungu..ditunggu..tak taunya datang jam 2 siang! Untung gw uda mandi di kamar tetangga..(menyedihkan sekali nasibku..hiks2..) *thx to 17#314* ..Trus..setelah tukangnya pulang..gw harus membersihkan wc yg uda jorok dipijak2 sama tukang2 itu..mereka masuk ga lepas sepatu n merokok di dalam! gggrrr..kurjar! but thx to 'em too..tanpa mereka ga bisa mandi..=P

我决定了6 月12 日回国，可是还没买机票呢。时间过得真快，不觉我快要毕业了。虽然只是专科毕业生我也无所谓。朋友曾经问过我，两年只学汉语言有什么用？浪费时间！那时我不知该怎么回答。两年在厦门，留给我很深的感觉，有快乐的时候，也有痛苦的时候，当然，一切没有一帆风顺的。

下周就要考试了可我还没准备复习。心一点儿紧张都没有。哈哈！到时才伤脑筋呢！=P

今天早上我不能起床，因为昨晚我睡得太晚了！哈哈！其实今天我不想去上课的，可是这周是最后一周嘛，所以我不得不得上呢。咳~ T__T
上口语课的时候我非常非常无聊！写作课也是很无聊，老师老讲不好笑的故事。可能对他来说很好笑而我一点儿也没觉得好笑！=P

We had a fruit party at 5 o'clock..everyone came with fruits and drinks (except me)..Mangoes, pears, lemons and pineapples..
除了水果和饮料，有的人也拿来了面包和零食。Party 中发生了很好笑的事情。我不能说她是谁，要不然她会生我的气。哈哈！她拿来的零食大部分快要过期了。大家知道后都哈哈大笑起来！然后她的脸色变成很害羞的样子，很可爱！哈哈哈。没事儿的啦！吃一点不会死的！
